Dorothy L. Roberts

Dorothy L. Roberts, 87, passed away January 2, 2019 in ManorCare, Sinking Spring.

She was the beloved wife of Warren T. Roberts, who died November 19, 2004.

Born in St. Lawrence, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Ella Angstadt.

She was a graduate of Mt. Penn High School.

Dorothy was employed by Sovereign Bank Trust, formerly Main Street Bank in the Trust Department. She also worked for Sungard Trust, formerly NCS Financial Division as an Account Executive and Bank of Pennsylvania Trust Department, where was the first female Trust Operations Officer.

She is survived by five children, Gary H. Roberts, Loganville; Jean L. O'Reilly, Sinking Spring; Carolyn S. Roberts, Willow Street; Karen Boone, Fleetwood; and Keith A., husband of Sandra L. Roberts, West Lawn. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, Matthew, Laura, David, Jeffrey, Kimberley, Danielle, Richard, Paige and Caitlin; 15 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren and sister, Bertha Seiz, Aurora, CO.

Dorothy was predeceased by her sister, Marie Wilhelm and grandson, Jonathan Lee Russell.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Dorothy's honor can be made to Heartland Hospice, 2201 Ridgewood Rd #180, Wyomissing, PA 19610.
