Dorothy M. Hagan

Dorothy Mary Hagan, 85, of South Heidelberg Twp. died April 13, 2008 in St. Joseph Medical Center, where she had been for four days.

Her husband, Chester E. Hagan, died February 11, 2002.

Born in Cumru Twp., she was a daughter of the late Philip H. and Hettie (Burkholder) Culp.

She was a graduate of Reading High School in 1940.

Dorothy is survived by her son, Dr. Colin J. Hagan, Ruckersville, VA. There are also three brothers, Philip H. Culp, Jr., in California, Willard Culp, Blandon and David R. Culp, Flying Hills. She was predeceased by two sisters, Betty Hogan and Emma Hoffman; and one brother, Lester Culp.

Services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale. Burial will be in Laureldale Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 9 to 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Online condolences may be recorded at www.christfuneralhome.com
