Dorothy Latze

Dorothy Latze, 93, formerly of West Reading, died December 4, 2009 in the Mifflin Center.

Her husband, John H. Latze died November 27, 2000.

Born in Lehigh County, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Mary (Kolson) Novak.

Dorothy was employed by CNA Insurance for over 24 years, retiring in 1980.

She was a member of Sacred Heart R.C.C., West Reading.

Dorothy is survived by her son, Martin J., husband of Susan Latze, Reading and her two daughters, Mary Ann Latze, West Reading and Elinor, wife of Rob Hummel, Virginia Beach, VA. Also surviving are seven granddaughters, thirteen great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart R.C.C., West Reading. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery. Friends may call Monday 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in the Edward J.
