Dorothy H. Phillips

Dorothy H. Phillips, 86, of Muhlenberg Twp., died November 5, 2010 in Reading Hospital.

She was the widow of Allison R. Phillips, who died April 21, 1999.

Born in Wyomissing, she was a daughter of the late Walter G. and Carrie A. (Sheidy) Kaulback.

She was employed by Quaker Maid Kitchens, Leesport for 26 years as a customer service representative retiring in 1987.

Dorothy was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Riverview Park, where she was a member of Church Council, Treasurer of the Lutheran Women's Group, Chairperson of the Worship and Music Committee; and served on the Altar Guild and Nominating Committee. She also sang in the church choir, last singing at Sunday's service.

She is survived by her son, Martin A., Muhlenberg Twp., two brothers, Donald E. Kaulback, Manchester, NJ and Walter G. Kaulback, II, Mobile, AL. One granddaughter, Tammy L. Jones, Venice, FL; three great-grandchildren, Brianna L, Brandi L. and Gregory A. Jones; and one great-great grandson, Colton R. Jones also survive her.

She was predeceased by one sister, Kathryn A. Grill, one grandson, Martin R. Phillips and one grandaughter, Wendy A. Phillips.

Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 4201 Stoudt's Ferry Bridge Road, Reading, PA 19605. Burial will be in Good Shepherd Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service in the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the church at the above address. Walter R.
