Dorothy Esposito

Dorothy Esposito, 98, passed away on August 17, 2026, at Columbia Cottage. Her husband, Elias A. Esposito, passed away on April 12, 2022. They married on August 29, 1953 and enjoyed over 68 years of marriage.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late John and Anna (Palek) Juzwiski. Dorothy was employed at the R.M. Palmer Company retiring on October 18, 1992 after 17 years. Dorothy was a loving person who adored doting on her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed baking and traveling with her family.

Left to treasure her memory are her son, Anthony Esposito, husband of Jean Henshaw of Womelsdorf, her daughter, Linda Izzo, wife of Dr. Domenic C. Izzo, Jr. of Wyomissing; grandchildren: Michael, husband of Maura; Daniel, and David Izzo and Svetlana Esposito; great grandchildren: Lilah, Colton, and Graham; sister, Irene Juzwiski of Wyomissing, and sister-in-law, Lillian Juzwiski of Melrose, MA.

Dorothy was predeceased by her brother, Theodore Juzwiski.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, August 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at The Chapel of St. George at Gethsemane Cemetery with entombment to follow. The viewing will be held from 10-10:30 a.m. at Kuhn Funeral Home, West Reading.
