Doris M. Kissinger

Doris M. (Noecker) Kissinger, 83, formerly of Wyomissing and of Tucson, Arizona, died April 10 at 6:45 p.m. in Odyssey Hospice, Tucson, Arizona, where she had resided three days.

Her husband, William "Jack" Kissinger, died August 18, 2004.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late William and Mabel Jane (Crow) Noecker. Kissinger was employed for 15 years as a preschool teacher by the Jenkintown Day Nursery retiring in June 1973.

She was a graduate of Reading High School.

Kissinger is survived by a son, David, Jasper, Oregon; and one daughter Debra (Kissinger) Brantner, Tucson, Arizona. Other survivors include five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Services will be Friday, August 26 at 1 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. Burial will follow in Laureldale Cemetery. Contributions may be made to American Heart Association 1019 Mumma Road Wormleysburg, PA 17041. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading is in charge of arrangements.
