Dora E. Ruemmler

Dora E. Ruemmler Dora Elsa Ruemmler, 94, died Nov. 2 in her residence in West Reading.

Born in Germany, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Lina (Loss) Keller.

Ruemmler was employed for 20 years as a seamer by the Berkshire Knitting Mills, Wyomissing, retiring in 1975.

She was a member of Holy Cross Memorial United Methodist Church, Reading, where she had been a Sunday school teacher for 25 years.

Surviving are a son, Walter, Huntersville, N.C.; and a daughter, Ursula (Ruemmler) Zambito, with whom she resided.

Other survivors include five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a son, Helmut Ruemmler, in 1940.

Memorial services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in Holy Cross UM Church. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
