Donna J. Rubright

On Sunday, January 15, 2023, Donna J. (Lewis) Rubright, 75, of Shoemarkersville, passed away surrounded by her loved ones in the Reading Hospital.

She was born in Los Angeles, California to the late Earl Lewis of California and the late Bernice Colihan of Boyertown.

Donna attended Hamburg Area High School. She retired from Berks Heim in 2011 after almost 24 years as a nursing assistant.

Donna loved gardening and going to the casinos. Her greatest joy was being a devoted mother and grandmother.

She is survived by a daughter; Corie, wife of Robert Kehr, of Hamburg and sons; Michael and David both of Shoemakersville, and Danny, husband of Naomi, of Perry Township, with whom Donna resided. She is survived by her grandchildren: Sheldon, Lance, Braelyn, Owen, Landon and Meadow; her siblings Sandy Lewis of Boyertown, Sue Willman and her husband, Gary of Myrtle Beach SC, Pam Kalamon and her husband, Bill of Boyertown, Nancy Molello and her husband, Chriss of Baltimore MD, and a brother Jimmy Colihan husband of Christine of Newark, DE. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donna is predeceased by her brothers, Brian and Scott Colihan.

Services are being held privately by the family. Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Hamburg, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
