Donald K. Whitman

Donald K. Whitman, 46, of 2016 Kutztown Road, Reading was pronounced dead of natural causes at 12:30 a.m. in the Emergency Room of Fitzgerald-Mercy Hospital, Delaware County.

He was the husband of Kathleen Marie (Houston) Whitman.

Born in Reading he was a son of Mildred Whitman-Remple of Reading and the late William K. Whitman.

He was the owner/operator of Detailing by Don, Temple for five years last working Wednesday.

Whitman also worked as a driver for Lifestyle Limousine Service, Mohnton, last working Wednesday.

He is also survived by two sons, Donald and Jason Whitman both of Mohnton.

Other survivors include three daughters, Heather Whitman, Kristy (Whitman) Adams and Kimberly Whitman all of Reading.

He is also survived by a step-daughter, Barbara A. Whitman at home.

Whitman is also survived by his step-mother, Doris (Keller) Whitman of Reading.

There are three grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his step-father, William Remple.

Memorial Services will be Monday 11:00 am in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association Suite 302, 2045 West Gate Drive, Bethlehem, Pa 18017.
