Donald M. Wagner, 74, of Iroquois Avenue, Spring Township, died Dec. 9 at 1:25 p.m. in Reading Hospital, where he had been a patient five days.
He was the husband of Irene J. (Jagielski) Wagner.
Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Millard and Kathryn (Herbst) Wagner.
Wagner was employed for 40 years as a machinist by Textile Machine Works, Wyomissing, retiring in 1991.
He was a 1946 graduate of Reading High School and a 1950 graduate of Wyomissing Polytechnic Institute.
Wagner was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, West Reading.
He is also survived by two sons, Kevin J., Wyomissing, and James M., Philadelphia.
Other survivors include two sisters, Virginia (Wagner) Sittler, Muhlenberg Township, and Margaret (Wagner) Hafer, Reading.
There are also four grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 9:30 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
