Donald W. Mervine

Donald W. Mervine, 70, formerly of Reading, died January 15th at 6:05 am in Wyomissing Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Reading.

Born in Reading, he was a son of the late William C. and Arlys (Goas) Mervine.

He was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church, Laureldale.

Mervine worked for a number of years in maintenance for Prospectus, Reading and later in the YMCA until his retirement.

There are no immediate survivors.

Services will be Tuesday at 1:30 pm in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale. Rev. Grant Wickert officiating. Viewing Tuesday 12:30 pm until time of service. Burial will be in Laureldale Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Calvary Lutheran Church, 1009 Elizabeth Avenue, Laureldale, Pa 19605.
