Donald Martin Large

Donald Martin Large, 73, of 704 Elnore Ave., Temple died August 6th, at 3:50 p.m. in his residence.

He was married May 1, 1948 to Elizabeth A. (Folk) Large at home.

Born in Reading, Pa, he was a son of the late Robert D. and Ruth M. (Reber) Large.

He was a 1947 graduate of Muhlenberg High School and a graduate of Penn State University.

Large was a member of Epiphany Lutheran Church, Temple.

He was employed for 34 years by Western Electric / At&T, Muhlenberg Township until his retirement in 1985.

Large is survived by a son; Robert M. Large of Lititz, Lancaster County, and a two daughters; Donna E. (Large) Wenrich of Mohnsville and Cynthia J. (Large) Davis of Reading.

Other survivors include a brother; Kenneth R. Large of Exeter Township and a sister; Barbara J. (Large) Keinard of Temple.

He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. in Laureldale Cemetery, Tuckerton. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Berks Visiting Nurses, 1170 Berkshire Blvd., Wyomissing, Pa 19610. Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale is in charge of arrangements.
