Donald Charles Knoblauch

Donald Charles Knoblauch, 88, of Port Clinton, passed away on October 27, 2022, at Laurel Center.

He was born at home in Port Clinton and was the son of the late Guy and Maude (Williams) Knoblauch.

Donald worked as a truck mechanic for Stroehmann bakery for over 20 years. He was an outdoorsman, he loved fishing and golfing. He was part of St. John's Church, Port Clinton Fish and Game, and Port Clinton Fire Company. Donald served in the United States Army in Fort Lewis, Washington.

Donald is survived by his sisters-in-law, Elaine Knoblauch and Nancy Knoblauch; his nephew, Dennis Knoblauch; his two nieces, Holly Snyder and Deborah Knoblauch; and many great nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his two brothers, James Knoblauch and Guy "Denny" Knoblauch.

The visitation will be held Friday, November 4th from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service 12:00 p.m. at Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, 40 South Fourth Street, Hamburg, PA. Burial with Military Honors will follow at St. John's Cemetery, Hamburg, PA.
