Donald K. Kline

Donald K. Kline, 75, of 3265B Garfield Avenue, (Muhlenberg Township), Reading, Pa 19605, died March 20th at 9:45 pm in the ManorCare Health Services, Muhlenberg Township, where he had been since October 17, 2000.

He was the husband of Gwendoline W. (Williams) Kline.

Born in Perry Township, he was a son of the late Leroy and Annie (Hess) Kline.

He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War.

Kline was employed for 46 years in the maintenance department at Glen Gery Corp., Shoemakersville and Wyomissing, retiring in 1993.

He is also survived by a daughter, Kim M. (Kline) Strunk of West Lawn.

Other survivors include two sisters, Arlene (Kline) Borkey of Shoemakersville and Betty (Kline) Billman of Hamburg.

Kline is also survived by four brothers, Leroy of Dover, Delaware, Daniel of Hamburg, Harold and David both of Reading.

There are two grandchildren and one great grandson.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Entombment will be in Gethsemane Mausoleum, Muhlenberg Township. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Society for Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, Woodholme Medical Building, Suite 515, 1838 Greene Tree Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21208. Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale is in charge of arrangements.
