Donald S. Cutting

Donald S. Cutting, 94, formerly of Lincoln Park, passed away on December 25th at Phoebe Berks Health Center, Wernersville, when he has been since November of 2005.

Born in Rochester, NY he was the son of the late Alfred and Carrie (Stiles) Cutting.

His wife, Elizabeth (Campbell) Cutting died on July 2, 1999.

He was a 1932 graduate of Abington High School, Philadelphia.

Donald was a Major in Pennsylvania State Police for 36 years until his retirement in 1972.

He was a member of Lincoln Park United Methodist Church.

Donald is survived by one son, Harry C. Cutting, Elk River, Minn., and one daughter Carol L. (Cutting) wife of Paul E. Pickering, Philadelphia.

He is also survived by one brother, Clark T. Cutting, Willow Grove, and one sister, Priscilla A. Cutting of Abington.

There are also three granddaughters and five great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday January 27th at 2:00 p.m. at Lincoln Park United Methodist Church.
