Dominick John Romano

Dominick John Romano, Jr., 69, passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at home.

Born and raised in Philipsburg, New Jersey, he was a son of the late Dominick J. Sr. and Clara Romano.

"Mickey" as he was affectionately known, was a kind and gentle man. He enjoyed collecting and listening to radios, and dreamed of one day becoming a weatherman. He loved all animals but was especially fond of cats. He never said Goodbye without also telling his family that he loved them. He will be greatly missed.

Left to cherish his memory are sister, Santa Maria (Romano) Fretz and her husband, William; nephew, David Maloney and his wife, Miracle; niece, Lisa Maloney Bivins; grandnieces, Ashley and Hannah; grandnephew, Hunter; and great grandnephews, Jackson and Robbie.

Services will be private. Interment will follow at St. Philips and St. James Cemetery in Philipsburg.
