Dolores J. Breen

Dolores J. Breen, 80, died peacefully surrounded by her loving family, on February 12, 2012 in her Shillington residence.

Her husband, John J. Breen, died April 13, 2008.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Josephine (Grato) Guido.

She was employed by Western Electric for 35 years until her retirement.

Dolores was a member of St. John Baptist de la Salle Roman Catholic Church, Shillington.

Spending time with her family and friends was most important to her.

Dolores is survived by her two sons, Samuel J., husband of Cindy S. Marks, and Gregory A. Marks, partner of Craig D. Zellers, both of Shillington. There are four siblings, Frank Guido, Reading, Loretta Maskulak, Shillington, Rosetta Beck, Port St. Lucie, FL and Samuel Guido, Blandon. One granddaughter, Shannon N. Theis, and three great-grandchildren, Savannah, Audrey and Blake also survive her.

She was predeceased by three siblings, Santo Guido, Joseph Guido and Nancy Schein.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 a.m. in St. John's Church. Burial will follow in Gethsemane Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. in Walter R.
