Dianne Marie Reeser, 78, of Harrisburg and formerly of South Temple, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2026, at Linden Village in Lebanon. Dianne was affectionately known as "Dee Dee" to much of her family and her nieces and nephews referred to her as "Aunt Dee Dee."
Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Concetta (Ciabattoni) Camilli. Dianne was a graduate of Muhlenberg Township High School, Class of 1965, where she met her sweetheart, Richard "Rick" Reeser. Rick and Dianne married in 1967, raised three sons, and shared 58 wonderful years. Dianne was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother who took great pride in her family and her home.
She had a love of music and dancing, especially to the rock and roll hits of the 1950s and 1960s. A fantastic cook, Dianne was known for her Sunday family dinners - filled with pasta, meatballs and Italian sausage, good wine, and time spent together around the table. Her home was her sanctuary, and she filled it with warmth, laughter, and love.
When her children began to enter college age, Dianne returned to the workforce, helping to ensure her sons had the opportunity to obtain a first class education. She worked several jobs before retiring from Capital Blue Cross. Dianne will be remembered for her loving spirit and quiet strength.
She is survived by her husband, Richard ; her sons, Christopher Reeser (Joann) of Harrisburg, David Reeser (Beth) of Celebration, FL, and Timothy Reeser (Erika) of Collingswood, NJ; and her four grandchildren, Drew Reeser (Sydney), Adam Reeser, Isabella Reeser, and Kimberly Reeser. She is also survived by her sister, Estelle Harron and her husband Robert of Laureldale, PA.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Olivia Runyon.
