Diane T. Strickler

Diane T. Strickler, 64, of Wernersville, passed away April 27, 2017, in her residence.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Michael Turczyn and Marie (Amrhein) Turczyn Hampele.

She was a 1971 graduate of Governor Mifflin High School.

Diane was employed by the Reading Hospital as a nursing assistant.

She is survived by her two children: Marisa E., wife of Corbin D. Stoltzfus, Pottstown; and Brandon M. Strickler, Philadelphia; two sisters, Michelle (Turczyn) Brumbach, Sinking Spring; and Bobbie Turczyn, Pittsburgh; and her former husband, Gregory Strickler, Kutztown. Her greatest pleasure in life was being a mother to her two children and "Nana" to her three grandsons: Braeden Stoltzfus, Jackson Stoltzfus, and Xander Stoltzfus.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 29, 2017, at 10:30 a.m. in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading. A visitation will be held Saturday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Jude Children's Hosptial, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
