Dennis James Wilson

Dennis J. Wilson, 67, passed away, Thursday, August 19th, 2021, in his Strausstown residence.

He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth A. (Gryniewich) Wilson, who he married March 5th, 1994.

Born in Pottstown, he was the son of the late Herbert and Mary (Melniczek) Wilson.

Dennis was a 1972 graduate of Reading High School and he also attended Penn State University.

He was employed as a sales manager at Saturn-Reading, and Sutliff Auto Group. He worked in the automotive field for over 20 years.

Dennis was a member and loved Hawk Mountain. He also enjoyed running, hiking, and mountain biking.

Dennis committed his life to environmental activism and never tired of educating people on the importance of caring for the earth and all its inhabitants.

In addition to his wife Elizabeth, Dennis was the coolest and best step-father to, Seth, husband of Ami Gressley, King George, VA, and Alex Gressley, Sears Point, ME. He was an awesome big brother to Nicole, and was also survived by two grandchildren, Jada, and Goldie Gressley.
