Dennis Franchi

Dennis Franchi, 74, passed away December 20, 2017, in his Ventnor, NJ home.

Born in Reading he was the son of the late Delvisio and Adalgisa (Tichini) Franchi.

He was a graduate of Central Catholic High School and Duquense University.

Dennis was first employed by Sunbeam Corp. and more recently worked for Bally's Casino, Atlantic City, NJ for more than 20 years.

Survivors include his two daughters, Paris and Jillian; two sisters, Sandra Gabrielli, widow of Dr. Alex Gabrielli and Andrea Badway, wife of Dr. David Badway; and ten nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, December 27, 2017, at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, West Reading, with a visitation at the church from 9:30 to 10 a.m. Burial will be at Gethsemane Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Our Lady Star of the Sea School, 15 North California Avenue, Atlantic City, NJ 08401. Edward J.
