Delaine I. Seidt

Delaine Irene Seidt, 64, of Temple, died November 20, 2010 in her son's Sinking Spring residence.

She was the wife of Walter Eugene Seidt, who died January 11, 1994.

Born September 11, 1946 in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Arthur John and Mary Agnes (Shuman) Rothermel.

Delaine was a 1964 graduate of Fleetwood High School.

She was employed in food service at Schell's Restaurant, Muhlenberg Township and Burger King, Wyomissing, for 20 years.

Delaine was a member of Maidencreek Church, Maidencreek Township.

Surviving are three sons, John L., husband of Ellen M. (Daniels) Seidt of Lower Heidelberg Township; Mark G., husband of Colleen (Donohue) Seidt of Maidencreek Township and Matthew L., husband of Megan (Lawson) Seidt of Havertown.

Other survivors include a brother, Arthur J. Rothermel, Jr; five grandchidren, Joshua, Jeremy, Justin, Jocelyn and Damien Seidt and one great grandson, Skyler Burnish-Seidt.

Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale. A viewing will be held Tuesday evening from 7:00-8:30 p.m. and Wednesday from 10:30-11 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Maidencreek Cememtery, Maidencreek Township.
