Debrah D. Zuber

Debrah D. Zuber, 69, of Mohnton, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2024 in Reading Hospital. She was the loving wife of John C. Zuber, with whom she shared 49 years of marriage.

Debrah was a 1973 graduate of Muhlenberg High School. She worked in the banking industry as a loan processor until her retirement in 2020.

Creating beautiful jewelry, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and baking delicious treats were some of her favorite pastimes. She made the best potato filling, making enough for anyone who wanted it during the holidays. She adored turtles and loved the beach. Her love for animals knew no bounds, and she radiated kindness towards every person she encountered. She was a genuinely caring, selfless person, and always so optimistic.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, John; daughters, Kimberly Emerich, wife of Scott of Sinking Spring and Dana Hoffman, wife of Robert, of West Reading; and grandchildren: Dalton, Madeleine, Alexandra, and Nickolas. Also surviving are her sisters-in-law, Jill Batastini and Debbie Kibler and many nieces and nephews.

Debrah was predeceased by her parents George and Mary Kline, and her brother Darryl Kline.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Animal Rescue League of Berks County, Inc. at 58 Kennel Road Birdsboro, PA 19508.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 19, 2024 at 8pm at Kuhn Funeral Home &, 5153 Kutztown Road, Temple. Debrah's family will receive family and friends from 7pm -8pm.
