Deborah A. (Hill) Miller, 52, passed away November 22, 2010 surrounded by her loving family and friends after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer in her West Reading residence.
Born in West Reading, she was the daughter of the late Donald W. and Ursula S. (Pakola) Hill.
She was a graduate of Wyomissing High School in 1976 and attended Millersville University.
Debbie had been employed by the Credit Bureau of Reading and Berks County and later for Wyomissing Mortgage.
She is survived by her three children, Tiffany U., wife of Charles W. Brown, Mechanicsburg; E. Jason Miller and Matthew D. Miller, both of West Reading. Debbie is also survived by her significant other, Steve Page. There are two siblings, Sharon H., wife of Michael T. Mendel, Wyomissing and Donald T., husband of Anna Maria Hill, Shillington; and one grandson, Dylan C. Frohlich-Miller. One nephew, Conner Mendel and two nieces, Audrey and Olivia Hill also survive her.
She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.
Debbie loved her family, the beach, cooking, gathering people together and spending time with her family and friends. She touched the lives of everyone she met.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, West Reading. Burial will be in private in Gethsemane Cemetery. Friends may call from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to: Reading Hospital, Attn: Restricted to Regional Cancer Center, Reading, PA 19612-6052.
