David F.D. Wenrich

David F.D. Wenrich, 89, of Reading, died June 11, 2012, in Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

He was the husband of Fern P. (Kissling) Wenrich, Reading. His first wife, Anna M. (Wisniewski) Wenrich, died August, 1971.

Born in Gouglersville, he was the son of the late Birden and Annie (Schadler) Wenrich.

He was a 1940 graduate of Shillington High School.

David was a U.S. Army veteran serving during WWII, 79th infantry.

He was employed for 42 years by Rockwell International as a cost accountant. He later worked as a courier for Sovereign Bank for 12 years, retiring in 1995.

David is survived by three daughters, Janice M. Berkley, Wyomissing, Lisa A. Citro, Bernville and Linda Cheripka, Saint Clair.

He was predeceased by four sisters and one brother.

Services will be Thursday at 8 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, PA 19611. Burial will be Friday at 10 a.m. in Wyomissing Cemetery, Gouglersville.
