David E. Welty

David E. Welty, 81, passed away peacefully in his West Reading residence, Friday, December 4, 2020. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Oliver and Florence (Schaeffer) Welty.

He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Moravian College.

David is survived by his dear friend Kathleen Stephen of Bethlehem and her children, Mathew, David, and Jesica and granddaughter June.
