David F. Valentino

David F. Valentino, 74, passed away on Monday, September 5, 2022, at his Reading home. He was the husband of Jane (Makowiecki) Valentino. They shared 52 wonderful years together.

Born in Reading, PA, he was the son of the late George and Ardell (Fessler) Valentino. David graduated from Reading High School in 1966 and was employed as an electrician at IBEW Local 743 for 49 years.

Survivors include his wife, Jane, daughter Amy Holland (Jason) of Shillington, Siblings, Michael Valentino of Port Orchard, WA and Denise Rowe (Kevin) of Leesport, one step-granddaughter, Nadia Holland, and many nieces and nephews.

David was predeceased by his grandson, Daniel Ellis.

The funeral service will be private. A public visitation will be held on Saturday September, 10, 2022 from 9-11 a.m. at the Kuhn Funeral Home, West Reading.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of Berks County, 1801 N. 11th St. Reading, PA 19604.
