David Sostre

David Israel Sostre, 14, passed away April 11, 2015, in the Reading Hospital.

Born in Reading, he was the son of Jose Sostre and Ilia E. Gonzalez.

David was an 8th-grade student at the Reading Intermediate High School, Reading.

He had a passion for art, music and also photography, taking his many selfies. David was the light to those around him, making everyone around him laugh and smile with his many facial expressions. He loved taking videos of himself singing, playing video games and just being a kid. David was a very caring and happy young man and will truly be missed by all.

David is survived by his three sisters: Crystal E. Gonzalez, Jasmine N. Gonzalez and Julianni J. Sostre. He is also survived by his paternal grandmother, Daisy Sostre, Reading, and his maternal grandmother, Juana Velasquez, Reading, as well as many aunts and uncles.

A viewing will be held on Monday from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, PA 19611. Services will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home.
