David A. Seidel

David A. Seidel, 57, of Jefferson Township, passed away peacefully in his residene on Friday, May 22, 2009 at 7:00 pm, while surrounded by his loving family.

He was the loving husband of Melissa M. (Brown) Seidel

Born in Reading, he was a son of Donald F. Seidel, Sr. and Irma (Boyer) Seidel of Kenhorst.

He was a 1969 graduate of Exeter High School and was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.

Since 1990, Dave was the proud owner of Metal Service, located in Temple. He was still active in the business until becoming ill. He especially enjoyed his dogs and his love of fishing.

In addition to his wife and parents, Dave is survived by his Daughter, Amy R. Seidel of Exeter Township and a Brother, Donald F. Seidel, Jr. of Exeter Township. Also his Step Daughter, Mandy R. Prang of Lebanon. He is also the grandfather to Nyah Prang.

Dave's Memorial Service will be held on Friday, May 29, 2009 at 7:00 pm in Blankenbiller Funeral Home, 423 Main Street, Oley. Friends will be received by the family from 5:00-7:00 pm. Contributions in Dave's Memory may be made to Covenant Home Care, 2615 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading, Pa. 19606
