David L Pawling

David L. Pawling passed away peacefully on February 29, 2024. Born in Reading, he was the son of Luther and Alberta (Chaykowski) Pawling. David was the loving husband of Anne Marie (Reifsnyder) Pawling, who passed away in 2017.

David grew up in West Wyomissing and was a graduate of Wilson High School. He later moved to Sinking Spring and worked for Construction Fasteners. He later worked for Mrs. Smith's Pies and ended his career at Boscov's North.

He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Sinking Spring.

David was a lovable person with the sweetest heart. He was always there for anyone that needed help. He found joy in watching Philadelphia sports, especially the Phillies and Eagles, and visiting Ocean City, NJ, playing cards, and listening to music. He also enjoyed attending car shows and going on bus trips to casinos.

He is survived by his loving sister, Dolores "Dee" Gangemi, of Spring Township, as well as many cousins. David was predeceased by his sister, Janet McLaughlin, and his brother, Craig Pawling.

David will truly be missed by all.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
