David S. Moll, 81, of Windsor Township, entered God's eternal rest on Saturday, August 17, 2013 in the Lehigh Valley Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. Born on January 5, 1932, in Windsor Township, he was the son of the late David R. and Katie A. (Bower) Moll. He was the husband of Marie E. (Berger) Moll. They were married on April 4, 1953 and celebrated 60 years of marriage. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his two daughters, Brenda M., wife of Michael D. McCauley, Hamburg; and Donna K., wife of David M. Weber, Hamburg; and five grandchildren, Corey McCauley, significant other of Ashley Morgan; Kelly McCauley, significant other of Terrence Fick Jr.; Andrew Weber, husband of Claire (Hinchey); Ryan Weber; and Troy Weber, fiancé of Kristie Santiago. He was also survived by two sisters, Esther K. (Moll), wife of P. William Stitzel, Hamburg; and Jean A. (Moll), wife of Chester Luckenbill, Bernville. He was predeceased by an infant brother, Lloyd D. Moll. David was a 1949 graduate of Hamburg High School. He was retired from Carpenter Technology after 28 years. He was also a retired farmer and never gave up his passion for farming. He still enjoyed driving his tractors, especially his antique Rumely. David was a member of Zion's Church, Windsor Castle and previously served as a deacon for 8 years. He was a member and treasurer of the Zion's Cemetery Board, Perry Township for 42 years. David was also a member of the Hamburg Historical Society, Olde Time Plow Boys Club, Virginville Fire Company, Virginville Grange, and enjoyed participating as a cast member in the Pennsylvania Dutch play "So Gaed's Eva." A viewing will be held at Burkey and Driscoll Funeral Home on Thursday, August 22, 2013 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Friday, August 23, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Services will be held at Burkey and Driscoll Funeral Home on Friday, August 23, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Zion's Cemetery, Perry Township. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Zion's Cemetery Association, 304 4th Street, Shoemakersville PA, 19555 or St. Peter's U.C.C., (Molltown), 219 Maidencreek Road, Fleetwood, PA 19522.
