David A. Hartman

David A. Hartman, 81, formerly of Blandon, passed away on November 29, 2024, at Berks Leisure Living. He was the loving husband of Desiree J. "Suzy" (Wiame) Hartman until her death in 2009.

Born in Hamburg, he was the son of the late Henry A. and Lillian A. (Dietrich) Hartman. David graduated from Perry High School in 1961 and joined the Air Force in the European Theatre. He was employed as an oil dispenser at CarTech until his retirement.

David was a very social person who loved people.

He is survived by his sister, Florence Yerger, widow of Donald, of Shoemakersville, brother, Richard Hartman, husband of Bernice, of Mohrsville, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his wife, Suzy, and siblings: Ruth Kaley, wife of Charles, of Hamburg, Carl husband of the late Lena and Lucille, Jean Stoudt, wife of the late Robert, Barbara Palm wife of the late Paul, and Helen Kline, wife of Bruce, of Hamburg.

The funeral service will be held Monday, December 9, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Kuhn Funeral Home, Hamburg with interment at Forest Hills Memorial Park. The viewing will be held from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service.
