David Fisher

David Fisher, 83, passed away on June 20, 2026 surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Linda (Addis) Fisher. Together, they shared 62 years of loving marriage.

Born in Uniontown, PA, David was the son of the late Ralph E. Fisher and Dorothy (Hess-McDowell) Fisher. He was the brother of the late Ralph E. Fisher, Jr and the late Dorothy Joan Halbrook.

David graduated from North Union High School Laurel Highlands, PA, and proudly served his country, in the U.S. Army, as a Medic in Frankfurt Germany. David then built a career that he enjoyed, as a Semi-Truck driver, until his retirement. In his free time, he enjoyed going to thrift stores, flea markets, and being outside working around his yard. He collected clocks and enjoyed tinkering with them in his work room. In his later years, he enjoyed relaxing on his recliner while watching his favorite tv shows, The American Pickers and Mountain Men.

In addition to his wife, Linda, his memory will be forever cherished by his daughters Pamela Fisher and Rebecca Fisher; his grandson Dylan M. Hamm; and his sister Amanda B. Fisher.

David will be laid to rest privately, June 26, 2026 at the request of his family. He will be lovingly remembered for his patience, kindness, love of his family, and the and willingness to help others.

In lieu of flowers a tree may be purchased in his memory.
