David F. Crouse

David F. Crouse, 68, passed away Saturday, July 15, 2017, in Berks Heim.

Born in Lebanon, PA, he was the son of the late Vernon and Deane (Balsley) Crouse.

David was a graduate of Wilson High School.

He loved golfing and was an avid lover of all animals.

David is survived by a son, Matt D., and a daughter, Kelly. Other survivors include two sisters, Patty Hockley and Holly Ziegler.

He was predeceased by a brother, Scott Crouse.

The Crouse family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Berks Heim for their excellent support and care of David, especially through his final days.
