David Robert Clark, 73, died June 29, 2014 in his Laureldale residence.
He was the husband of Bonita (Claar) Clark whom he married October 21, 1995.
Born August 12, 1941 in Denver, CO, he was a son of the late Merle Seeley and Jean Betty (Steidley) Clark.
David was a graduate of Douglas High School, Douglas, AZ and Northern Arizona University and attended Alvernia University.
He served in the U.S. Navy as a lieutenant commander during the Vietnam War.
David was employed as an accountant with Boeing Company for many years. He was self-employed as a photographer in the 70's and subsequently co-owned, along with his brothers, Rocky Mountain Enterprises, where he was in charge of the sales department and sold many musical instruments over the years. After moving to Laureldale he operated his own tax accounting service.
He enjoyed reading and at one time had a garden train.
Surviving, in addition to his wife are his seven siblings: Philip Clark of Pittsburgh; Stanley Clark of Pueblo, CO; Alan Clark of Victorville, CA; Lyle Clark of Phoenix, AZ; Wayne Clark of Pittsburgh; Carl Clark of Pueblo, CO and Louise Erikson of Lima, OH.
There is also a dear friend, Jessica Salgado of Reading, who survives him and he will be missed by his furry kids and most of all by his faithful dog, Nubie.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Kuhn-Stitzel Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., Laureldale is in charge of arrangements.
