Dana M. Naftzinger

Dana M. (Naftzinger) Lewis, 30 of Nesquehoning died May 26th, 2012 in her home. Her husband Christopher Lewis died May 26th, 2012. She was born in Reading, PA and was the daughter of James L. Naftzinger and the step daughter of Paula Naftzinger, both of Glen Lyon, PA. She was the daughter of Karen M. Matosin and step daughter of Scott W. Nester of Molino. She was a loving and caring mother. She worked for First Quality in Hazleton as an operator for the past two years. Dana was a member of St. John's Church, Port Clinton and was a 2000 graduate of Tamaqua High School. In addition to her parents and step parents, she is survived by four children, Hunter and Tyler Lewis, Jada Naftzinger and Justin Lewis, grandparents, Ellen M. Naftzinger, Port Clinton and Shirley Nester, Shoemakersville, three sisters, Kim Schaeffer, Oley, Sgt. Tammy Naftzinger, Aberdeen, MD., and Dominga Vandermark and one brother, Wayne Vandermark, both of Glen Lyon. She was predeceased by a sister, Jennifer Nester. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM from the Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc., 40 S. 4th Street, Hamburg, PA. A viewing will be held Thursday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 PM and Friday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Burial will be in Sky View Memorial Park, Hometown.
