Dale S. Reiff

Dale S. Reiff, 82, of Wyomissing, died November 28, 2012, in St. Joseph Hospital.

Born in West Reading, he was a son of the late Frank S. and Sophie (Shinehouse) Reiff.

He was a 1948 graduate of Wilson High School and attended Albright College.

Dale was a U.S. Air force veteran, serving during the Korean War.

Dale was owner and operator of Dale S. Reiff Draperies of West Lawn and West Raeding, retiring in 1992.

He was a member of the West Reading Board of Trade and Train Collectors Association.

He is survived by two children, Jeffrey D. Reiff, West Reading and Doreen M. Johnson, New Holland; one brother, Frank S. Reiff, Atlanta, GA and four grandchildren, Rebecca Johnson, Sarah Johnson, Rachel Johnson and Elizabeth Johnson and his former wife, Barbara Griesemer, Riverview Park.

Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, PA 19611. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery. Friends may call Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Online condolences may be recorded at www.kuhnfuneralhome.com.
