Craig A. Post, 52, died after a long, courageous fight with cancer in his Cumru Twp. residence.

He was the husband of Gillian M. (Clements) Post. They celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary on July 28. He was the loving father of three children, Kevin A., at home, Jennifer M. Post, Charlotte, NC and Michael R. "Mooke", a student at Millersville University.

Born in West Reading, he was a son of Robert E. Post, Shillington and the late Betty Jane (Sponagle) Post. Other survivors include two siblings, Debbie Benedetti, Illinois and Steve Post, Sinking Spring and their families.

He was a 1975 graduate of Governor Mifflin, and a member of the baseball county championship team his senior year.

He began his professional career at Rieck's Printing working there for 28 years, serving as president for a period of time. He remained in the printing and graphics industry through his affiliation with Post Digital Graphics. He also owned catering and concession businesses.

Craig was a member of West Wyomissing Chapel. He was also a lifetime member and past treasurer for the West Reading Fire Company.

A HUGE Eagles fan, he worked at the "Linc" as gameday staff for one season.

Friends were very important to Craig, he valued honesty and loyalty. He raced go-karts at Shellhammers, Leesport and had co-owned an ARCA racecar.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 7 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. Friends may visit with the family from 5 to 7 p.m. You may honor Craig by donating to your favorite charity in his name. Online condolences may be recorded at www.kuhnfuneralhome.com.
