Constance Marie Solsky

Constance Marie "Connie" Solsky, 71, of Bern Township died of natural causes on April 13 at 12:45 p.m. in the Reading Hospital where she had been since April 8.

She was the wife of Robert Solsky of Bern Township.

Born in Columbia, Pa, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Phyllis (Bitner) Hartman.

She graduated from Columbia High School in 1951, and received her Associate's Degree in 1955 from Susquehanna University.

Solsky was a member of Atonement Lutheran Church, Wyomissing.

She is survived by three sons, Keith H. Solsky of Tucson, Arizona, Kurt H. Solsky of Long Valley, NJ, and Kerry H. Solsky of Reading; and one daughter Kim L. Solsky of Sinking Spring.

Other survivors include one brother Jere Hartman of Columbia, Lancaster County.

There are also eight grandchildren.

Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at Atonement Lutheran Church, Wyomissing. Inurnment will be in Atonement Lutheran Church Columbarium. All are invited to a luncheon following the inurnment in Lundin Hall at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 498 Bellevue Ave. Reading, Pa 19605. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of the arrangements.
