Constance E. (Demopulos) Levan, 70, died February 7, 2012, in her Wyomissing residence.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late George P. and Vera E. (Einsel) Demopulos.

She was a graduate of Reading High School.

Constance was owner and operator of the 5th and Court Luncheonette, Reading. Later she was employed by the Reading Hospital and Medical Center as a pharmacy technician, retiring in 2004. .

She is survived by two sons, Edward G., husband of Christina Bollinger, Telford and Jeffrey S., husband of Deborah Bollinger, West Reading; two step-sons, Paul Levan, Philadelphia and Joseph Levan, Reading; her sister, Shirley Blankenbiller, Reading and eight grandchildren: Daniel Bollinger, Rebecca Gomez, Cassandra Bollinger, Adam Bollinger, Alexandra Bollinger, Sebastian Aulenbach, Zachary Aulenbach and Amanda Bollinger.

Constance was predeceased by her son, Todd A. Aulenbach and her step-son, Jay Levan.

She was an extreme animal lover, enjoyed fishing and spending time with her grandchildren.

Memorial Services will be Saturday at 1p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, PA 19611. Burial will be private. Friends may call Saturday from noon to 1 p.m. in the funeral home. Contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue League, P.O. Box, 69, Mohnton, PA 19540.
