Constance J. Kendall

Constance J. Kendall, 89, formerly of Wyomissing, peacefully passed away on Saturday, July 22, 2023 at the Phoebe Berks Nursing Home. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth Reber and Dorothy (Fox) Reber.

Connie was a 1952 graduate of Shillington High School and was a member of the United Church of Christ, Shillington.

Connie was formerly employed by Fiorvante Insurance Agency and volunteered at Wilson Food Bank.

She was very approachable and known for her kindness. Connie always thought of others before herself. Everyone who met her loved her and she was a great listener. She was a woman of faith and loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Some of her fondest memories were her summers spent at her Stone Harbor, NJ beach house with her family.

Connie is survived by her son, Kevin S. Kendall, husband of Sonya, and daughters, Karen S., wife of Dr. Robert Griffin and Kelly, wife of Nevin Eberly. She will be deeply missed by her six grandchildren: Drew Kendall, Meghan Steinberg, Kelly Towart, Chad Eberly, Jared Eberly and Evan Griffin and ten great grandchildren: Claire, Luke, Charlie, William, Emry, Makenzie, Savannah, Ezra, Ayla, and Cosette. Connie is also survived by her brother, Kenneth Reber and sister, Karen, wife of Ron Hinkel.

She was predeceased by her son, Bradley Kendall.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
