Colleen Hiller Lutz

Colleen Hiller Lutz, 77, of Spring Township, passed away December 11, 2013 in The Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

She was the wife of Dallas Adam Lutz, whom she married almost 58 years ago on January 28, 1956.

Born March 28, 1936 in West Reading, she was the daughter of the late Paul Remp and Mary Elizabeth (Hiller) Kohl.

Colleen was a 1954 graduate of Shillington High School.

She was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Sinking Spring.

Colleen was a member of the Jim Beam Bottle Collectors, Reading. She was also an avid traveler and enjoyed traveling the country with her husband and their friends.

In addition to her husband she is survived by her sons: Darrell A., husband of Dawn Lutz, Spring Township, and Brett P., husband of Mary Lutz, Spring Township. Also surviving are her two grandchildren: Desiree Lutz and Dallas W.P. Lutz.

Colleen was predeceased by her brothers: Paul "Bob" Kohl and Kenneth Kohl.

Services will be Tuesday at 12 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. Viewings will be Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery.
