Claude M. Bayerle

Claude M. Bayerle, 65, died February 5, 2013 in his West Lawn residence, surrounded by his loving family.

He was the husband of Janice E. (Mezyk) Bayerle.

Born in Metz, France, he was a son of Albertine Grouber, Reading and the late George Bayerle.

Claude was employed at Carpenter Technology Corporation, Reading, retiring in February 2012.

He was a member of St. Ignatius Loyola R.C. Church, Whitfield.

Claude was the head soccer coach at Holy Name High School for several years.

In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, Laura A. Bayerle, West Lawn and Brian G.M. Bayerle, Baltimore, MD. Also surviving are his siblings, Renee, wife of Robert Daubenspeck, N.C.; Jean Poncelet, Reading and Pierre Grouber, husband of Anna Marie, New Ringgold.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10:30 a.m. in St. Ignatius Church, 2810 St. Albans Dr., Sinking Spring, PA 19608. Inurnment will be in Gethsemane Mausoleum. A visitation will be held Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading.
