Claude W. Billman

Claude W. Billman Jr., 58, Temple, was dead on arrival of natural causes Aug. 29 at 7:56 a.m. in York Hospital.

Born in Reading, he was a son of Claude W. Billman Sr. and Elsie I. (Moll) Billman, Temple.

Billman was employed for 38 years by Parish Structural Products Division of Dana Corp., Reading, retiring in 2002.

He was a 1964 graduate of Muhlenberg High School and a graduate of the McCann School of Business, Reading.

A Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, Billman received two Purple Hearts.

He was a member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Molltown.

His parents are his only survivors.

Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home Inc., Laureldale. Burial be in St. Peter's Cemetery, Molltown.
