Clarence W. Moyer, 75, of 3137 Octagon Ave., (Spring Township), Sinking Spring, Pa 19608, died October 24th at 12:20 pm in ManorCare Health Services.

He was formerly of 217 Orchard Road, Fleetwood.

Moyer was the husband of Irene (Ogrodowczyk) Moyer.

Born in Fleetwood, he was a son of the late Herbert S. and Hannah A. (Heffner) Moyer.

He was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Fleetwood.

Moyer was a 1946 graduate of Fleetwood High School and a 1952 graduate of the joined apprentice training program between Textile Machine Works and the Wyomissing Polytechnic Institute where he was recognized as a journeyman machinist.

He was a Army Veteran of WWII.

Moyer worked as a toolmaker for AT&T for 28 years before retiring in 1986.

He is also survived by two daughters, Diane Soltysik of Spring Township and Christine M. Quell of Shillington.

Other survivors include a brother, David Moyer of Fleetwood.

There are four grandchildren and one great grandson.

Services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Disease Research, 15825 Shady Grove Road, Suite 14, Rockville, Maryland 20850. Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale is in charge of arrangements.
