Clara A. Pachuilo

Clara A. Pachuilo, 93, of Reading, died December 6, 2006 in St. Joseph's Hospital, where she had been a patient since November 7.

Her husband John J. Pachuilo, Sr., died March 8, 1974.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (Filangero) Dastra.

She was employed as a looper for Berkshire Knitting Mills for 8 years retiring in 1934.

Clara was a member of Holy Rosary R.C. Church, Reading.

She loved cooking and her family.

Clara is survived by three sons, John J. Pachuilo, Jr., Wyomissing, James A. husband of Carolyn Pachuilo, Exeter Twp. and Jerry A. husband of Lauren Pachuilo, Oxford.

There are also two brothers, Vincent J. Dastra, Reading and Tony Dastra, Wyomissing. Ten grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren also survive her.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 9:30 a.m. in Holy Rosary R.C.C. Burial will be Gethsemane Cemetery. Friends may call Saturday from 8 to 9 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. www.kuhnfuneralhome.com
