Cindy L. Eisenbise

Cynthia Louise "Cindy" (Riegel) Eisenbise, 70, passed away peacefully in her Lower Heidelberg residence.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Leah (Deck) Riegel.

She was the loving significant other of Ryan "Bo" Ulrich, with whom she celebrated 12 years of companionship.

Cynthia was a 1971 graduate of Reading High School.

She was employed at Boscov's Greenery in her younger years, moved onto Galen Hall Country Club for 26+ years and finished her last 9 years of employment with Tower Health in the Dietary Department.

Cynthia was an avid sports enthusiast always watching her beloved Miami Dolphins, Philadelphia Phillies and Flyers. She also enjoyed gardening, attending her grandchildren's sporting events and was best known for her famous peanut butter eggs. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her two daughters, Erin L. Work, companion of Dave Bednez, Reading; Erica L., wife of Luis De'Oleo, Muhlenberg Twp; step-daughter, Scotti Jo, wife of Anthony Arthur, Wernersville. She is also survived by her four siblings, Rodney Riegel (Amy), Gary Riegel David Riegel (Veronica Monismith), Steven Riegel; grandchildren, Mia McFarland, Aydrien "Jeter" De'Oleo, Alannah De'Oleo, Anthony Arthur Jr, Addilynn Arthur and numerous nieces & nephews.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 10 a.m. in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, PA with burial to follow at Stouchsburg Cemetery. Viewing will be held on Friday, February 16 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to the funeral service at the funeral home. Edward J. A Celebration of Life Service in honor of Cindy will be held Sunday, February 18, 2024, at 2 p.m. in the West Wyomissing Fire Company Social Hall, 2160 Cleveland Ave., West Lawn, PA 19609. Family request that all in attendance on Friday and Saturday please dress in a colorful attire and Sunday to dress in favorite sports team.
