Christine Josepha Weaver

Christine Josepha (Hassler) Weaver, 55, died April 4, 2013 in her Muhlenberg Township residence, after a lengthy battle with cancer.

She was the wife of Bruce E. Weaver, whom she married September 24, 1994.

Born January 6, 1958 in West Reading, she was a daughter of William R. Hassler of Riverview Park and Sebastiana Rose (Schera) Combs of Manchester, TN.

She was a 1975 graduate of Muhlenberg High School.

Christine was employed as credit manager with Allied Building Products, Maidencreek Township, last working in 1993.

Also surviving is her daughter, Melisa Wagner of Easton and her brother, Joseph A. Hassler of Riverview Park.

A Prayer Service will be held Monday at 2 p.m. in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service in the funeral home. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Township.
