Christian A. Weber

Christian A. Weber Sr., 88, of Bern Township, died September 25th at 12:20 pm in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading, where he had been since September 22nd.

He was the husband of Bernice A. (Brown) Weber, a resident at Hearthstone at Maidencreek.

Born in Muhlenberg Township on April 25, 1918, he was a son of the late James F. and Esther (Ochenwadel) Weber.

He was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Riverview Park, where he was a former council member.

Christian was a part owner and former president of Muhlenberg Dairy Inc., Muhlenberg Township, retiring in 1983.

He was an Air Force Veteran of WWII.

Christian is also survived by a son, Christian A. Weber, Jr. of Boulder, Col.

Other survivors include a brother, Warren W. Weber of Muhlenberg Township, two grandchildren, C. Britt Weber of Orchard Park, New York and Chanin Weber of Laguna Beach, California and twin great granddaughters, Alexandra and Anna Weber.

He was predeceased by a son, Cary H. Weber in October, 1961.

Services will be private. Burial will be in Good Shepherd Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township. Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale is in charge of arrangements. www.christfuneralhome.com
