Charlotte M. Rehrig

Charlotte M. Rehrig, 98, born May 10, 1920, formerly of Greenfields, passed away Friday, June 22, 2018, in Berkshire Center.

She was predeceased by her husband, Robert E. Rehrig.

Born in Pottsville, she was the daughter of the late Walter L. and Olive I. (Byerly) Blankenhorn.

Charlotte was a member of Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, Reading.

Upon moving to Reading, Charlotte worked as a hair stylist for Mary Hoyer Dolls. She later was employed at Western Electric, which became AT & T, and later Lucent Technologies for 25 years, retiring in 1984.

Charlotte is survived by two nephews: Peter J. Conlin, Mohnton, PA; and Philip Conlin, Rockford, MI. Several great nieces and nephews; and great great nieces and nephews also survive her.

In addition to her husband, Charlotte was also predeceased by her infant son, Stephen Rehrig.
